I can't find a particular product in your store. Are you able to get it in for me?

We can special order in certain products and sizes across our range. Just send our friendly staff an email at and we'll be in touch.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. You can find our physical store at Art School Co, 'The Zone' complex, 32 Wises Rd, Buderim, QLD, 4556.

Do you offer Zippay or Afterpay?

We currently offer Afterpay in both our online store and in-store.

How can I use my gift voucher online?

At present, gift vouchers purchased physically in store can only be used in store and vouchers purchased online can only be used online.

An item is out of stock, when will it be back?

We regularly update our inventory so if an item is out of stock send us an email and we'll let you know when its estimated to be back in or if its been discontinued.

Do you do framing?

We don't have a framing service.

Do you have a firing or kiln service?

We don't have a firing or kiln service.

Do you hold workshops or classes?

I changed my mind on a product. Can I return it?

We don't accept refunds if you change your mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else or you found no use for it. We accept returns on faulty products, and if a product has multiple minor problems. Send us an email with your Name, Order Number and Reason for a return to and our staff will get in contact with you.

The packaging is different from what it is on your store. Why is that?

Companies are constantly updating their packaging so the packaging you receive may seem different, but we can assure you that the product inside is the same.

Can I return my online order in-store?

If you ordered online, you'll have to return via online processes. Our staff in our physical store wont take online order returns. Send us an email at with your Name, Order Number and Reason for return and a staff member will get in contact.


When will my order be shipped?

Our staff are working hard to get your orders out so please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and sent.

When can I pick up my 'Click and Collect' order

If you've chosen our instore pickup method you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. Our team is hard at work getting orders out so if you need a rush order get in contact with us at and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you ship internationally?

At present we dont ship internationally, just domestically in Australia.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information after your order has been placed. You can track your order through our shipping partner Australia Post or Star Track with the tracking number provided.

I didn't collect my order from the post office in time?

The post office usually holds parcels for 10 days before they get shipped back to us. If you would like your parcel re-delivered it will incur an additonal postage fee.
